Shipping Policy

We ship to the addresses collected at checkout. Delivery estimates shown on a product page are typical ranges, not guaranteed arrival dates.

After an order is placed, you receive a payment receipt from Stripe or PayPal. The order is usually prepared within 3 days. Transit then commonly takes 7–10 days, depending on destination and carrier conditions.

When the package ships, we send a separate email with the carrier and tracking number. You can also use Track Order on the store page with your receipt number.

Duties, taxes, or carrier delays outside our control are the customer’s responsibility unless the product page says otherwise. If a package is marked delivered but you cannot find it, contact support@wehandmade.net within 7 days of that delivery scan.
